CAS Inhouse Counsel 2017
The Inhouse Counsel program provides a broad overview of what it means to effectively practice inhouse, with an emphasis on practical advice and tools that can be directly put to use. The program has been developed by senior inhouse counsel and is delivered by leading General Counsels to provide an interesting, entertaining and, ultimately, pragmatic course for new and experienced counsel alike. The participants will learn about legal strategy, compliance and risk management, corporate governance, contract drafting and review, litigation and dispute management, and other key legal topics. Other skills necessary to inhouse success, including personal and leader effectiveness, project management and people management will also be addressed.
